A total music enthusiast since the mid 80's, I've flirted with hip-hop, funk, jazz, world music & all forms of IDM, but I'm particularly fond of house and liquid drum & bass. You will find here many different interpretations of these genres, usually with a soulful, jazzy & chilled vibe. - Dehydr8ed represents a unique style of electronic music creation and manipulation. Jason Randall and I (Niko Benetos) met in 2011 here on House-mixes.com. Since then we have become very close friends. We are both focused on pushing the limits of music manipulation and mixing in different ways. I have been using Ableton Live for 9 years now. I Strip down tracks to samples, then arrange them with parts of others and my own synth, basslines percussion and effects to create a unique dance music experience. There are no limits as to what can be done. Most of my sets use about 20 channels and could take 50 to 100 hours to complete. Jason Randall is simply put the best DJ on the planet. He is using upto 6 decks along with samplers and effects units and although he is the King of dark pounding techno he can throw down in any style and make the most seasoned of DJs seem amateur. Don't waste your time reading this, just press play on the sets to see for yourself. I would Like to thank everybody for all the excellent comments and downloads. This is a great place to catch new artists and DJs and the music fans on this site are the best in the world. The comments and feedback I recieve here really drive me to put out the nastiest electronic dance music sets i possibly can. Thank you all!!

Eye4One first came onto the Melbourne scene in 2005 under the DJ name Delocke. A complete vinyl junkie, he played regular gigs around town aswell as running his own events with friends called Get Rude! which ran at Bunker Lounge, Circus, Room 680 & Miss Libertines over the next few years. His sets were versatile and ranged from breaks and electro to darker house and techno. After taking a small break from the scene in 2010, he returned as Eye4One in 2013 with the focus now firmly on his own production. Heavily influenced by Felix da Housecat, Ivan Smagghe, Miss Kitten, The Hacker, David Carretta, Maceo Plex and DJ Hell, his style is diverse and can range from groovy melodic house, to driving and rhythmic techno with the focus always on dance floor action. With releases on two UK labels in 2015 and upcoming releases on Australian labels in 2016, Eye4One is definitely a producer to keep an eye on! It all started back in the 80's when I casually collected 12" records beginning in the 7th/8th grade (yes, seriously); eventually, I got the DJ bug in '92 while I was stationed in the Air Force in Germany. Born & raised in Chicago, I grew up listening to the usual suspects in the Chicago House scene (Ron, Frankie, Farley, etc.) but, the truth is, I was exposed to multiple genres of music (jazz, funk, blues, country, reggae, etc.) from the time I was 1st able to process it to the present. I can switch it up from Disco to House to Techno to Drum & Bass & anything/everything in between at the drop of a hat; it's all about what I'm feelin' at the moment.
